Bottle. Pours a darkish amber (pretty clear) with a little white head and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and a little caramel malt. Flavor is sweet malt (honey bread) with a minimal amount of the hops from the aroma shining through. A little bit of citrus adds bitterness mid palate and then things get tropical and sweet for the finish. This is a little bit stickier and sweeter than anticipated.

Amber color, small white head. Citrus, bread, some barnyard aroma. Bready, slighty sweet fruity (watermelon). Pale malty. Very typical American Pale Ale.

Bottled@Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, some eartth, caramel and slight grassy notes. Mild toffee as well, once it warms up a bit. Flavour is fruits, wood, yeast, mild earthy and grassy notes as well.

Bottle: Light copper pour with a finger of creamy beige head. Aroma is rich and sweet with citrus and tropical fruits. A strong floral bitterness up front that gets just a little malty and bready before a lightly lingering bitter finish. Nice, I could enjoy this regularly.

Bomber pours copper with explosive infected off white head. The aroma has sweet malts, modest crystal malts, some vague hops and an acidic lemon like off note. The taste is largely grapefruit tartness notes, acidity and then moving toward crystal malts and sweet malts. Nice brew behind the mild off notes.

Very good pale ale. Pours with a large, foamy off-white head that leaves strong lacing over a clear pale copper body. Aroma of melon and light citrus hops (similar profile to Racer X, but different than Racer 5), light caramel backing as well. Very nice and strong citrus hop taste for a pale, with notes of mango and a bit of caramel. Light carbonation and very enjoyable and sessionable.

Pours a nice big head witha coppery looking body. The head leaves a lacing that doesn’t ever go away. So it looks quite nice. The aroma if taken out of the bottle first is exceptional: hops, slightly citrusy, and sugar. The taste is at first fruity then it follows with bitter and extremely crisp hops. The beer is not thick but it is anything but watery. Unlike many other beers, this beer is flavorful and delicious even when it is quite cold. I was really happy with this beer.
