Sexy Sadie, the world was waiting just for you, a barrel-aged Rose Saison that was brewed with all local NJ barley and wheat, before racking into Chardonnay barrels for 11-months, then resting on dried hibiscus flowers, before being bottle-conditioned with Brettanomyces. Draft at AE, 3/24/23. Unclear reddish color, beige / pink head. Floral, herbal, wood. Hibiscus coming through for sure. Nice flavor. Solid beer.
