Draft at Paragon, 3/14/23. Hazed yellowish-orange color, white head, plenty of lace. Strong coriander over clove, pepper, orange and lemon. Finishes on the peppery side. Pretty good.

On tap at Hamilton Tap & Grill in Hamilton, NJ. Number one with a bullet. Pale gold pour cascades millions of tiny bubbles. Large creamy white head. Tart, bready malt aroma. Taste is tangy, yeasty wheat malt. Borderline between a Bavarian Hefeweizen and Berliner Weisse. Light in body. Clean and crisp with an distinctive sour finish
