To bring out those ideal notes that make this decadent beer what it is we aged the beer on Fijiian vanilla beans, maple and with a heavy addition, from our friends at Yellow Dog in Manahawkin, NJ, their signature cold brew.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Can to tulip.
Appearance: black in the pour and in the glass with a two finger khaki foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: coffee sweet to roasty vibes, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and some sweet earthiness
Flavor: mildly blends the prior noted aromas together roasty and sweet with a light coffee aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper, some smoothness but also some roasty grip on the tongue; finishes earthy and dry with the coffee tones
Overall: nicely done coffee stout well worthy of returning to.

Draft, flight pour, at the brewery, 3/10/23. Dark brown color, thin tan head. Solid coffee flavor. Good stuff.
