Brewed with pale malt, crystal 60 and flaked rice. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Grüngeist a new hop variety from Hop Head Farms. Amber color with a light body, crisp mouthfeel, and dry finish. Notes of lemon grass, grapefruit and a touch of herbal pine resin in the aroma. A pleasant but clean hop bitterness with a burst of grapefruit and floral brightness.

Draft, flight pour, at the brewery, 3/10/23. Clear golden-orange color with a white head. Grapefruit zest, herbal hops. Light spiciness to the close. Somewhat dry. Solid beer.
