It is almost hockey season, and you know what that means. It’s time to bring out the goon. BRING OUT THE GOON is brewed with Mosaic, Citra, and Strata on top of an oat heavy base for a soft and pillowy mouthfeel and fermented with a yeast cultivated from an old defunct Newark brewery. Expect flavors of over ripe cantaloupe, fruit by the foot, orange marmalade, and dank crystallized nugs.

16 oz. can from the brewery, 2/24/23. Hazy yellowish pour, white head, and moderate lacework. Peach, papaya, and grapefruit. Melon as well. Nicely drinkable. Not too sweet. Enjoyable beer.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold color. Frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Sweet fruity hop aroma hints at tangerine, melon, pear and papaya. Flavor follows nose. Added notes of candied orange slices, melon and sticky pine.
