Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2011. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Sulfur, straw and hay. Dry and bitter flavor. Short end. Ok

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet, strawy malty nose with grassy and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour; strawy malty base with early arriving herbal and grassy hops; all in all very one dimensional; dry and slightly papery malty and herbal hoppy finish. Just boring (17.06.08).

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Tastes mild, modest spicy, the finish is simply boring. Not so good!

Bottled. Pale golden. Stale malt aroma. Medium dry, rather bready, rather bitter. Very indistinct for a german pilsner.
