- Grains: 50% Estate barley we grew at Wheatland Spring*, 50% Moravian Floor Malted Barley (CZ)

Carefully made. Naturally carbonated. Patiently conditioned in tank. Two months in process.
To celebrate the 180th anniversary of Pilsner, we toast the origin and originators with this beer. Pilsen, Czech Republic is home to the style that’s found a home the world over. To pay homage, we bring together their local ingredients from the Haná Valley and estate ingredients we grow on our farm in the Piedmont Valley. Our water, their hops, and barley from both Valleys. A tribute though interpretation.
*We practice regenerative agriculture at Wheatland Spring. This means we use holistic farming methods without the use of sprays to promote soil health and grow wholesome grains for our beer.

16 oz can from Wheatland, via jcos, 11/7/22. Mostly clear golden beer, fizzy white head, light, streaky lacework. Nice grainy, citrus, spice, and pine. Herbal and bright. Lots of flavor.
