Cosmos is a bright, hazy, and boldly aromatic New England IPA, brewed as part of our rotating Deep Sea Series to celebrate tropical intensity and soft, hazy structure.
A trio of Citra, Mosaic, and BRU-1 hops brings expressive notes of pineapple, mango, citrus, and stone fruit, with just enough dank resin to keep it grounded. The base—Golden Promise, white wheat, malted oats, and flaked oats—delivers a soft, full body with a juicy, lingering finish.
