Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple syrup and aged in a Texas Sotol Cask.
Sotol is a distilled spirit of Mexican origin. Compared to Tequila or Mezcal, it tends to be sweeter and is known for its bright, earthy and mild smoky flavors. The Sotol cask gives this maple porter a bold and slightly sweet finish.

500 ml bottle from Kane direct, 7/20/22. Dark brown color with a medium brown head. Strong boozy presence on the aroma, with roast, smoked wood, and coffee. Booze fades away a touch on the flavor, allowing a maple and vanilla sweetness to show up with the other components of the aroma. Drinks rich and a little hot. Full bodied. Tasty.
