Olivia is a Belgian Golden ale aged in Barnett Vineyard Cabernet Barrels for 12 months with a blend of mixed cultures. She was then aged for 2 months on fresh sliced pears and bottle conditioned for 3 months on Brettanomyces.

500 ml bottle from AE, 6/6/22. Bottled 2/2/22. Bottle #101. Yellow in color, bubbly white head that dissipates fairly quickly down to nothing. Clean yeast, light funk, tart pear / apple fruitiness. Finishes fairly tart. Nice overall.
