Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy golden in color with a HUGE white lasting head. Aroma and flavours of wheat, spices, orange, banana. Quite sweet. A very enjoyable Wit.

On tap @ Nærbø beerfestival. Hazy yellow body with a thin white head. Light and refreshing aroma of acidic lemon, yeast and coriander. Flavor is light fruity acidic, hint of lemon, grapefruit, spices and yeast. Medium body. A bit thin in body but nice and refreshing flavor.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, fruity - coriander - soapy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110618]

Bottled (thanks KnutAlbert!). Hazy yellowish orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, spices, some citrusfruits and mild notes of yeastyness. Flavour is wheat, mild spices along with some citrusfruity notes.

Bottle, at Tilt. Looking quite nice in the glass with it’s hazy, dark golden body and cute, white head. Oranges, some wheat and spices in the aroma. Some sweetness in the flavor which have a good dash of canned peaches as well as the oranges, wheat and coriander found in the aroma. Full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. A little bitterness shows up towards the end, and lasts for a good while. A lovely quenching and refreshing witbier. 110211
