Was brewed collaboratively with Screamin’ Hill Brewery. Aged in Chardonnay barrels, and bottle conditioned with East Coast Saison strain. Enjoy the beer two ways, pour it slow or stir the yeast.

500 ml bottle from AE, bottled 2-3-22, consumed 4-12-22. Pours a clear gold, with a bright white head. Bright, grainy, spice. Hints of lemon zest and white grape. Wood and a little funk. Simple, yet complex at the same time. Tons of flavor. Incredibly easy drinking. Really liking this one.
