This year we wanted to make a variant inspired by a classic, old-fashioned favorite. We conditioned the stout on Madagascar Vanilla beans, Cinnamon, and Coconut. This variant is bursting with sweet vanilla and spice, followed by a smooth coconut finish.

16 oz can from Kane Direct, 4/2/22. Dark brown, moderate head. Sweet, with tons of vanilla and cinnamon, and just a touch of coconut. Really nice, very sweet.
