Through The Empty Space was brewed with British base malt, roasted barley, and chocolate malts for added character. We also added medium caramel malts to the grist for enhanced sweetness.​ ​ Through The Empty Space was hopped in the kettle with unique English hops, EKG and Fuggle.​ ​ Through The Empty Space is a full-bodied and smooth Oatmeal Stout, pushing notes of chocolate and coffee.

16 oz can from Kane Direct, 3/27/22. Canned 1/12/22. Dark brown color, light brown color, fairly strong lace. Roasty and clean. Not particularly sweet. Nice beer.

16 ounce can. Barely translucent cola brown color. Dense foamy tan head. Subtle roasted malt aroma hints at licorice and peat. Bittersweet roasted malt flavor upfront. Notes of chocolate, licorice and treacle. Exceptionally creamy mouthfeel from the abundance of oats. Some warming alcohol notes in middle. Finish has some chocolatey notes and bitter hops. Quite tasty.
