Willrunforbeer splitting this 750 ml, much thanks! Hazy straw color with some lasting head. Aroma is mildly funky yeast, weak tart lemons, malted wheat.
Nice sour wheat base with a very subtle salt toward the finish. Hints of coriander that is subtle as well. Overall this is finely constructed gose.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer hazy yellow with nice lacing and small head. Aromas of wheat coriander and fruit. Taste is lightly fruity mild salt with a nice tart spicy mouth feel.

Cloudy blond color with compact head. It has a nice citrusy touch, moderate acidity, light saltiness, and a light wheat bread character, everything I need for this kind of refreshing beer.

Bottle share at Bruce’s birthday drinks craft beer co. Many thanks to Bruce. Aroma is nice sharp, orange peel, perfume, farmyard, little kaffir lime. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a fine lasting white head. Flavour is composed of candied orange, sharp lime, pinch of salt, little nice sharp funk, . palate is semi sweet and sharp, airy carbonation. Nice lingering orange and funk.

Bottle big thanks to Bruce. It pours cloudy golden with a decent white head. The nose is soft, sweet, preserved lemon, minerals, wheat, lemon cheesecake and light cracker. The taste is crisp, doughy, minerals, light tartness, doughy, faint saltiness, orange rind, grassy with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not as much pucker as I had hoped. Smooth and rather drinkable, but not up there with Westbrook and such like.

A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, light sweet fruity Gose with a light touch lactic acid, celery salts, cherries, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts nice. Bottle at 2014 Ottawa Xmas gathering.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with big white head with some staying power. Aroma is coriander, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and good small bubble lacing. Taste is tart, coriander, some yeast, and nice salty finish. Really good gose.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a clear orange gold with small frothy white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is salt, coriander, and floral. Thin mouthfeel with nice salt, funk, oak. Easy to drink, very good.
