22/06/2013 750ml bottle, shared by Theydon_Bois (thanks Colin!) @ Ma che siete venuti a fà. Paglierino acida, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianchissima, abbondante e persistente. Al naso è una freschissima Gose perfettamente in stile, leggera banana, lattico contenuto, appena acidula. In bocca è altrettanto eccellente, acidula con finale appena sapido, bilanciata perfettamente e rinfrescante. Corpo leggero, buona carbonazione. Well done!

Bottle, Theydon Bois Roma Pre-Nuptuals Tasting at Ma Che, 22/06/13. Hazed golden blonde with a thin off white head. Nose is sour fruits, yeast, berry fruits, grass, light spice. Taste comprises lightly soured apple skins, yeast esters, herbal notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, crisp refreshing finish. Decent palate cleanser between stronger offerings.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy light beige color ale with a super huge foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of light salty notes with coriander and solid Belgian style malt base. Taste is also dominated by a huge Belgian-style malt backbone with some medium coriander notes and some subtle notes of salt. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed and super enjoyable. Looking forward to trying more beers from this brewer.

Bottle. Pours with a massive white head that is quite retentive over a hazed golden hued body. Aromas are grassy, grainy, floral coriander, salty, earthy, rustic, yogurt, floral and light suntan lotion. Flavors are tart, slightly acidic, light salinity, grainy, floral, light esters, stonefruit, coriander, floral. Very lively carbonation. Dry, good.

Bottle @ Dan’s house. Hazy, yellow-orange appearance with a fluffy, white head. Citrusy, spicy coriander, orange fruity, well carbonated aroma. Somewhat salty, lemon/orange citrusy, spicy coriander, delicious bubbly flavor. Very nice gose- the best gose I’ve ever had.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light copper color with a large white head. A very odd nose,banana, spices, yeast. A rich flavor with some hints of lemony sourness, funky, peppery, banana phenols, clean Pils malts. Not getting much salt, but refreshing and tasty.

Bottle 750ml. @ PBF 2011Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, spicy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast ! coriander. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy, peppery, saison yeast, sharp, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110702]

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Tart and light herbal aroma. Tart/sour flavor with light earth. light salt, and light citrus. Medium bodied. Tartness lingers with light citrus and light herbal notes.
