We brewed this beer with Halltertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin, and Calista that leads to flavors and aromas of un-oaked Chardonnay, green pear, and Pinot Gris grapes. Malt notes of light bread crust and water crackers to round out the flavor profile for a complex and enjoyable drinking experience.

16 oz can from Heavy Reel, 3/11/22. Pours an unclear golden color with a foamy frothy of white head and fairly strong lace. Dough, pepper, and white wine grapes. Interesting take on the style. Not quite the crisp, clean feel I expect from a pils, but as a beer, overall, it works nicely. Have had a couple of these over the last 2 days and it really grew on me. The score would probably have been lower after 1, but, in my opinion, this beer is better having a few in a session. Tasty.
