Blended from a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in the Fall of 2018, aged in a cognac cask. Peach Dry Hop presents an intertwining profile of floral peach aromatics, a powdery Amarillo hop punch and a light but refreshing acidity.

500 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 12/30/21. Kane Rating #125! Overall #9750! Pours a hazed orange color with a frothy and sheeting white head. Bright peach, citrus rind, and a little funk. Some floral notes, and a good bit of zesty lemon as well. Drinks really bright and crisp with a somewhat acidic finish. Nice combination overall here. Tasty beer.
