From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp citrusy and slight grapefruity hoppy. Bitter, mild citrusy and crisp hoppy finish. Ends dry and bitter into the finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Clear light medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, plastic - smoke, fruity, hop oil. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110616]

Cask@GWBCF2011. Amber colour, small off-white head.. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mildly sweet malty as well as slightly nutty. Flavour is nutty, floral and mildly wooden. Wellbalanced and pleasant.
