Bottled 330ml (PBF, BB 10/2011)
Clear deep amber color, small beige head. Woody, leafy, grainy aroma. Sourish, caramel, spices, wheaty notes. Intensionally sour or not? Not too bad, although quite simple brew.

Hazy dark red-amber color; generous compact head. The aroma is mild, fruity. Some caramel flavor, light honey impression, a nutty touch, but most of all an evident homebrewing character of yeast. The final is correctly bitter, but also metallic. Even the name (bière brune) is wrong.
