Plastic bottle (PBF2011)
Hazy amber color, small steady color. Grassy, yeasty, spicey saison-like aroma. Medium-bodied. Grassy, "hemp hoppy", peppery-spicey flavor. Lots of "farmhouse effect". Not IPA at all, but nice Fantome-like Saison.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is farmyard, spices, some earth and mild floral notes. Flavour is being quite similar. Not much to do with an IPA atleast if all bottles are in this condition. If this was served in a blind tasting I would guess Fantome.

Hazy amber color; medium sized head. Light aroma of malt, sugars, vegetables; very light fruits and yeast too. Some malt flavor, good mouthfeel and body; some caramel and toffee flavor too, light sweetness; strong hopping, mainly bitter, with very light aromatic qualities, and very light traces of fruits. Easy, but good to know that an IPA is brewed in the Germanic countries.
