Since our first Anniversary Ale, 365, we reserve a portion of each release for aging so it can be blended a year later to create our next anniversary ale. By doing so each year, our anniversary ales will always contain a piece of our past. 3,285 blends the intricacies of our past barrel-aged anniversary ales with the complexities of our current barrel-aged program. 500 ml bottle from the brewery, 9/12/21. 9th Anniversary release, so bottled and released some time late summer / early fall of 2020, I believe. Dark brown with a thin head. Rich dark fruit, chocolate, and wood all coming through. Cinnamon, clove, prune. Bourbon and vanilla. There's a whole heck of a lot going on here, but those are the things I'm getting. One of those beers that if you sit with it for an hour you'll probably get 30 different tastes.
