Big white creamy lasting head. Hazy opaque yellow body. Perfumy oranges and coriander aroma with strawy mosquito spray notes. Dry-sweetish herbal coriander taste with perfumy grassy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry oranges and herbs aftertaste with perfumy strawy oranges notes. Interesting, but a little artificial. (0.25l draft at brewpub.)

Hazy - murky medium matt orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus fruit, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peel biter, citrus and orange, light fruity yeast. Very nice hopped witbier and very refreshing ;O) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110714]

(On tap) Cloudy golden with a handsome, dense and slightly off-white head. Slightly floral aroma. Fairly light body - almost a bit watery. Fresh and lightly fruity notes and a citric astringency relieved by a raw bitterness atypical for the style but very typical for Apollo. 161006

A hazy orange beer with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet fruity - especially lime coming thru, but also with spicy notes of ginger and coriander, which mixes in with notes of a yeast used earlier by Apollo, but which isn’t as clean as the ones used in Belgian Wits. The flavor is sweet and very fruity but a bit cloying with notes of both ginger and lime - in a somewhat artificial way, towards the end light notes of coriander appears and mixes in with the bitterness. Also in the flavor I find the yeast notes being weird for the style.
