Our latest hop forward session beer comes by way of the never out of style, and always relevant San Diego inspired Pale Ale.
Brewed with our base 2 Row, a touch of malted wheat, super clean Chico ale yeast, and a hop blend comprised of the most iconic varietals – Amarillo, Simcoe, Columbus, and Centennial. Brewed intentionally with balance and drinkability at the forefront.
These Chico yeast fermented beers offer something incredibly difficult to replace by way of other strains – snappy clean drinkability. We taste floral Hi-C like tangerines, lemon-lime, bright pulpy grapefruit, and all of the citrus rinds.

Draft at the brewery (Fulton location), 6/14/21. This is definitely not a NE Pale, not sure why it is listed that way... Clear gold, white head. Grapefruit, pine, and other citrus. Really clean. SNPA vibes for sure. Tasty. 8/4/8/4/16

Lots of green onion and not a lot else. Golden pour with decent head. Hop tang finish.
