Our latest pale ale comes to us by way of heavy handed doses of Citra and Sabro, and an alternate highly expressive ale yeast strain that we purposely fermented aggressively with the intent to coax its hallmark fermentation derived ester profile into the daylight.

We taste impressions of super drippy tropical tangerine, mango soaked grapefruit cantaloupe, and evergreen lime. Incredibly fruit forward softness built for speed.
