Welcome travelers. This is pure and true American Brett Saison for you, yours and one another's to sit & vibe with. Its warehouse aged mixed-fermentation harmony. Pilsner malt and corn flakes hypnotized by the luminosity of East Coast Yeast dirty dozen Brett blend, conditioned on Bhumi Growers calamansi and kumquats. Smells like Sauvignon Blanc, calamansi, floral, fruity, citrus, pears, peach fruit and white wines. Tastes dry, like pears and gooseberries through to tropical fruits of melon & mango, funky green tea, heather flowers, grapefruit.

Crowler from Twin Elephant delivery, 6/3/21. Pours a mostly clear pale golden color with about an inch of fizzy white head that dissipates down to nothing. Really nice complexity here, with a ton going on, funky, bright, and floral. White wine, lime, pineapple, and pear. Stone fruit as well. Herbal and grassy notes. Just a ton going on overall, and it all seems to work. This beer is excellent. Making something this awesome and easy drinking at 9.2% is a fucking joke.
