We’re so pumped to bring you our first pastry stout, especially with Valentine’s Day just around the corner. This imperial stout is based on Scott, Steve, and their friend Ross’ original home brew stout recipe, with the addition of dark sweet cherry and cacao. It holds at a strong 10% ABV, and drinks like a dark chocolate cordial cherry with a touch of warming alcohol flavor.

16 oz can from the brewery, 2/14/21. Happy Valentine's Day to all that celebrate such days. Dark brown with a tan head. Spotty lace. Nice mix of dark and milk chocolate flavors and aroma with some berry and coffee notes as well. Nice mix. Nothing too over-the-top, just right in balance flavors. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. Quality stuff.
