Imperial Stout Conditioned on Toasted Pecans, Toasted Hazelnuts, Toasted Pistachios, Local Fir Farm Wildflower Honey, Granola, Caribbean Cacao Nibs, Ceylon Cinnamon, & Vanilla.
Ottoman Baklava is the liquid counterpart of traditional baklava, the world’s most beloved, flaky, layered, phyllo dough pastry dessert.
Chock full of hand toasted nuts and sweetened with local honey from our friends @thefirfarm , this full-bodied stout will coat your glass with its viscous decadence and will ooze out a plethora of glorious aromas as it warms.
We get notes of sweet pastry, chocolate fudge brownie, rich vanilla icing, toasted nuts (pistachio, hazelnut, pecan), candied dates, Ceylon cinnamon, honey drizzled granola, plums, and caramelized sugar.

500 ml bottle from the Source, 2/6/21. Pours a dark brown color with a medium brown head and drippy lacework. The aroma is heavy on nutella and cinnamon mostly, with some notes of vanilla. Drinks rather sweet. Feel is smooth and nice. Overall a good mouthfeel despite bordering on cloyingness. Nice pastry stout that borders on too sweet but manages to inch clear of that mark for my personal preference.
