Bursting and creamy foam, the olfactory spectrum is dominated by a strong fruitiness reminiscent of caramelized apples and Sicilian royal paste in the background. Ethyl in the mouth, with a soft onset immediately attacked by a sharp acid freshness. To be combined with a cold winter evening.

Again near-explosively lively beer, totally hazed & yeast in suspension, dark orange under a towering yellow, dense head, very slowly collapsing. Glühwein spices, if mild, and lots of fruit(esters), mainly citrus; and thinned palmhearts of ditto artichokehearts. Sweat, citrus; faint acidity surrounding a serious, if unsweet maltbase. Spiced/yeasty finish, but not specifically Glühwein spices, if clovey indeed. Slick, bit buttery texture, heavy to overcarbonated, spritzy. Breadyeast in the aftertaste. Extratripel, compared to that one. Mille grazie, ragazzi!
