Dry, effervescent, funky, fruity, yellow, lightly tart, radiant and revitalizing. We love the extraordinary energy of this beer and the simple roadmap to get there. Pilsner, rye, & spelt. Wakutu, Saaz & Nugget hops. Brettanomyces and saison yeast driving the cadence. Smells like sweet pears, funky floral fresh meadows, ripe pineapple, rosebud tea, juicy fruit. Tastes lemony, pineapple, lemon soda, spiced pears, plum, Mr. Pibbs, crisp little black tea at the end.

Crowler from the brewery, via delivery, 1/15/21. So excited that they added Middlesex Co. to their delivery area! The pour is a mostly clear rusty orange color with a thin head that dissipates down to almost nothing. Quite funky on the aroma and flavor. Grainy. Brett-forward. Melon and lime. Zesty citrus. This one has a ton of flavor overall. Really enjoyed it.
