One of our Artist Tribute Series beers, where we pay our respects to our favorite musicians, artists, and/or people who have influenced us throughout our lives by brewing a special beer in their honor.
“Thought Control” is a juicy, thought-provoking, Imperial NEIPA that was brewed as a tribute to the psychedelic and philosophical progressive rockers Pink Floyd @pinkfloyd
This big, hazy brew is medium-bodied and surprisingly easy drinking, even at 9% ABV, with lower perceived bitterness, a soft, mellow mouthfeel, and a juicy finish that is bursting with delicious hop flavors.

16 oz can from the brewery, canned 12/9/20, consumed 12/18/20. Pours a hazy yellowish color, white head and moderate lace. Pineapple, orange fruitiness. On the sweet side. Some off notes coming through for me in the general direction of diacetyl, but presenting slightly differently than that usually does. Decent, but feeling flawed to me. Will have to revisit with another can and see if this was a bad can or just a flawed beer. -- Edit January 2021: Had a few more cans since, and that flaw is present in all of them, no change in score --
