Golden Feelings, our 5.5% Cream Ale is our interpretation of an East Coast classic style. Golden Feelings is brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and corn and is hopped exclusively with our German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops from Seitz Farms in Bavaria. We cold ferment this to create a crisp drinking profile. Golden feelings pours a light yellow with a light, unfiltered haze and a nice white foam. It has aromatics of crackers and cornbread with some spicy hop notes from the use of noble hops, the cool fermentation lends to a crisp mouthfeel and drinking experience.

16 ounce can from brewery. Canned on 6/01/21. Straw gold pour. Large, dense, pillowy white head. Light, biscuity malt aroma hints at lemon. Flavor is light and malty with a bit of grassy, clover notes. Some herbal, spicy hops in middle. Light bodied, with firm, clean lines. Dry, spicy finish is subtle and hints at grapefruit and pine.

16 oz can from Kane delivery, 8/15/20. Canned 7/31/20. Slightly hazed pale gold color, white head, strong / spotty lacing. Spice, herbal, grassy, and some lemon. Dry, herbal close. Packed with flavor for something so simple. Really nice stuff.
