This is the first release in our Artist Tribute Series, where we will be paying our respects to some of our favorite musicians, artists, and people who have influenced us throughout our lives by brewing a special beer in their honor.
Intergalactic is a bold, juicy, Imperial NEIPA that was brewed as a tribute to the Beastie Boys and will have you feeling like you're in another dimension. Medium-bodied, restrained bitterness, a soft pillowy mouthfeel, and bursting with hoppy aromas are how we would describe this dangerously drinkable 9% ABV brew.
We get notes of apricot, candied orange slices, peach, red berries, tangerine, and ripe melon.

16 oz can from the brewery, 5/27/20. Canned 5/21/20. It pours a fully hazed golden-orange color with a white head and some drippy lacework. Big juicy aroma and flavor of melon and lots of stone fruit (peach, apricot). Some underlying mango, peach, and a little lemon. The finish is all melon, lots of ripe honeydew and cantaloupe comes through. How the heck is this 9%? You can finish a can of this in about 12 seconds without even realizing you did. Excellent stuff. Damn, Source is just releasing nothing but amazing beer lately, and this might be the best one yet.
