This hazy brew is loaded with protein rich flaked oats and wheat along with a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

The bulk of the hops were added post-boil and, in the fermenter, to lend their fruity aromas and flavors and juicy character as opposed to hop bitterness.

We conditioned this one on passionfruit, orange, and guava post fermentation to complement the aromatics we were already getting from a hop blend that is tropical and citrus fruit heavy. We also added vanilla to enhance the creamy “milkshake” character of this easy drinking, medium bodied brew.

16 oz can from the brewery, 5/20/20, Canned 5/13/20. Fully hazed bright orange color, white head, moderate, drippy lace. Bright aroma of all the fruits you'd expect from the description (orange, passionfruit, guava, mango, peach). Really big juice nose here. Taste is juicy and fruity too, fairly sweet, subtle vanilla, present, but not overpowering lactose. Damn good. Right up there with the Ambrosia for me as the best milkshake they've made.
