Cask (gravity) @ GWBCF2011 - Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, Cardiff Interantional Arena, Mary Ann Street, Cardiff, Wales.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, keller - earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110616]

Cask@GWBCF 2011. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity wooden, mildly vanillaish along with some sweet malts and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is floral and fruity hops alon with mild doughy notes.
