Last year we brewed this hoppy and hazy Imperial IPA as a special tribute to Eli Manning’s career with the @nygiants.
Many fans asked us if if we had any intentions on brewing it again and we said we’d brew it again in 5 years once Eli gets inducted into the @nfl Hall of Fame.
Well, it might still be a few more years for the NFL Hall of Fame honors, but Eli will be inducted into the 2020 class of New Jersey’s Hall of Fame this weekend, so we thought it was a perfect time to bring this delicious brew back?!
Elite TRIBUTE is bursting with notes of tangerine, blueberry, red Starburst candy, ripe peaches, and roses. The mouthfeel is super mellow, and soft and the bitterness is restrained to accentuate the fruity interplay of hop flavors.

Can from the brewery, 1/30/19. Canned 1/27/20, pretty damn fresh! Pours a fully hazed golden color with a thin head and streaky lacing. Nice juiciness here, with some lighter bitterness to keep it in balance. Flavors come through as melon, tangerine, and peach. Bit of strawberry as well. Really nice mix here. Clean and soft, sweet but balanced. Really good. Personally, I'd put this in the HOF way before it 117-117 namesake, but that's just me. 8/4/8/4/17
