Our Saison allowed to ferment and condition for several months with Brettanomyces yeast to produce distinctive funkiness and spice flavors with and a bit of tartness.

Sample at the brewery, 12/13/19. Slightly hazed yellowish, white head. Less clean than the non-brett version. Aroma is much funkier, some horse blanket and graininess. Pretty much overtakes the fruity components I got in the regular version. More earthy and more complex, but totally different. I like them both, but I wish the fruitiness had stuck around here, as then this one would go from really good to excellent. 8/4/8/4/16
