Bottled. Hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is beautifully balanced tart wooden and apple notes and some mild acidic notes. Flavour tart apples, some green apples and fruits. Rather thin palate. Mouthdrying.

From a bag in a box at the Portcullis cider festival, Clifton, Bristol 12/08/10. Hazy yellow in colour. Fresh, apple aroma with a hint of spice. Easy drinking, with plenty of medium dry apple fruit, followed by a slightly more dry finish. Ok.
