Bottle 750ml. @ PBF 2011Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, sour apples, wood and cheese notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, apple, wood, earthy notes, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20110703]

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some cheesy notes, some slight spicyness as well as quite sweet green apples. Flavour is apples, some mild spices as well as some cheesy notes in the finish. Quite thin palate, and semi mouthdrying. Pleasantly balanced and refreshing cider to have on a warm summer day. Mild vinegary notes as well.
