La Candor est la première bière crée par la brasserie. Bière blanche de type weizen, brassée avec du malt d’orge et de froment. Le froment lui donne sa couleur jaune pâle et son trouble naturel. De mousse compacte, elle est subtilement épicée avec de la coriandre et des écorces d’orange douce.
Une bière rafraîchissante pour toute la journée.

Bottle 330ml. @ PBF 2011Clear medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, fruity, moderate yeasty, farmyard - barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, fruity, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110702]

Bottled. Slightly hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some nectar as well as some slight yeasty notes. Flavour is quite much the same in a quite nice, but rather wooden dry mouth palate.

Bottled 330ml (PBF, BB 10/2011)
Golden color, small white head. Orange, watermelon, berries in the nose. Light bodied. Fizzy carbonation. Fruity watermelon and banana sweetness, very light spices. Light and quite boring beer, not much a witbier.

Hazy deep blond color. Some spicy wheat aroma, but also some nasty, minty medicine. Dry mouthfeel, and high carbonation (so maybe some uncontrolled fermentation going on here); the body is very weak, the flavor is poor, with traces of rosemary.
Although not fully offensive, this beer is wrong in all directions.

Appearance: Hazy orange brown. Lots of bubbles. Nice, creamy white head. Aroma: Fruit and lemon/orange. Herbs. Taste: More fruit, some hops. Herbs. Orange. Info: 330ml bottle, 3/2-2011
