Im Sudhaus gebraut mit Saazer und Hallertauer Hopfen. Mit Malzen aus Unterfranken und der Pfalz – im traditionellen Heylands-Maisch-Verfahren, nach traditionellem Heylands-Sudrezept. Im Gärkeller wird die Würze mit spezieller Heylands-Reinzuchthefe (biologische Stammwürze) angestellt und hoch vergoren. Das Geschmacksergebnis: ein weich und vollmundig schmeckendes Edel-Export mit charakteristischen Hefenuancen.

Aroma has hay, some grainy malt and hints of butter. Flavour is stalish and somewhat harsh with some hops, gooseberry bush, grain and sweetish malt. Hints of corn. Not my kind of helles.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, light cardboard and vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, green grass.
