Im Sudhaus gebraut mit Saazer und Hallertauer Hopfen. Mit Malzen aus Unterfranken und der Pfalz – im traditionellen Heylands-Maisch-Verfahren, nach traditionellem Heylands-Sudrezept. Im Gärkeller wird die Würze mit spezieller Heylands-Reinzuchthefe (biologische Stammwürze) angestellt und hoch vergoren. Das Geschmacksergebnis: ein weich und vollmundig schmeckendes Edel-Export mit charakteristischen Hefenuancen.

Bottle. Sweet barley malt and light grass aroma. Clear golden yellow with small head. Slightly sweet grainy malt and lightly bitter hay hops flavor. Decent for an Exportbier - might actually drink this one again.

Mittelherber Antrunk mit kaum spürbarer Malzigkeit. Die hintergründige Pappigkeit legt sich schnell, das Export wirkt aber trotzdem nicht unbedingt sehr frisch. Zudem wird es im hinteren Mittelteil wässrig, einzig der milde Hopfen versucht das Bier zusammenzuhalten. Dies gelingt mit Hilfe der ebenfalls milden Herbe im Abgang etwas, hier ist die Malzigkeit präsent und versprüht eine leichte Würzigkeit. Sehr mildes Export. Bottle: Fresh grainy nose with a little grassy hoppiness in the background; golden coloured, small, but stable foamy layer; light bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, becoming drier and a bit more spicy towards the short finish. Not so bad......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a moderate foamy white head, which is quite persistent. Slightly sweet, strawy malt aroma, shy hints of hops. Light-sweet flavour, slim bodied mouthfeel with a soft carbonation. Flat malty taste, light herbal notes; dry and short, light bitter finish. Boring.
