Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-mild, leicht rauchig. Zum Hauptteil ist einerseits leicht rauchig-mild; andererseits weich mit leichter hellen Malznote. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang,vollmundig und nur ganz dezent rauchig. Sehr CO2-haltig. --> ganz nettes helles Rauchbier, aber insgesamt etwas langweilig & nicht sonderlich ausdrucksstark! Schade!!

Bottle 330ml. @ PBF 2011Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, rotten egg, smoke, sweet smoke. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, smoke, burnt plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110702]

Bottled. Hazy orangeish amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, nutmeg as well as some slight smoked notes. Flavour is sour wood, mild smoked wooden notes as well as some slight notes of toast.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Smokey, kind of twisted fruity aroma. Light bodied. Tar and smoke, but fruity and sourness. Like all the other Raben Braus. Lingering sour fruityness in the aftertaste.

Getreidig-kerniger Antrunk mit spät einsetztenden milden Räucheraromen, die einen wässrigen Hintergrund verdeckt. Auch das Raucharoma wird schnell schwächer, zurück bleibt eine gerstige Note, ansonsten sind keine Aromen erschmeckbar. Dementsprechend langweilig in jeglicher Hinsicht.
