Served on draft at The Thirsty Monk in Asheville. Pours a clear cranberry red color with a small head. Poor head retention and lacing. Fruity aroma with notes of pear, green apple and caramel. Taste is green apple, pear, toffee, caramel and bitter hops. Medium bodied.
