A German style unfiltered lager, golden in color with a pronounced aroma of Saaz hops. This beer is soft on the palate and lighter in body than a stypical Pilsener. Moderate hop bitterness helps make this a particularly refreshing selection.

Growler from the brewpub, 4/21/10. Pours a very slightly hazy light golden color with a medium sized creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Lots of carbonation visible. The aroma is nutty and bready notes with some very earthy and herbal hop notes. The taste is bread, nutty notes, herbal/grassy hops, banana, toasted malts. Medium bodied, smooth and fairly assertively carbonated. Decent beer.
