Crisp, drinkable lager with a malty backbone and a pleasant hop character. This style of lager has been traditionally brewed in Germany as an "export lager", which was a tax classification for slightly higher alcohol content. (6.0% ABV)

Growler filled at the brewpub and opened the same day over a nice poker game. Pours a clear amber color with a large tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, apple and floral hops. The taste is toasted malts, apple, caramel and grassy hops. Smooth, medium bodied.
