Bavarian style unfiltered wheat bier. This beer is brewed with 50 percent imported German wheat malt and 50 percent German Pilsener malt as tradition would dictate. The hops used are the German noble Halertau varietal and contribute very little hop character. The flavor accents are a result of the special yeast strain used to ferment the bier which contributes a fruity banana flavor and a hint of cloves. Bring on the summer and this is the brew to enjoy it with!
