Served on draft at the brewpub, 5/3/11. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, toffee and plums. The taste is caramel, toffee, some toastiness and a bitter citrus hop finish. Medium bodied. Quite drinkable and refreshing. Well done.
