Served on draft at the brewpub on 4/30/11. Pours a very dark brown color with no light passing through. Large creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Tart aroma with wheat notes and a roasty finish. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, wheat and a faintly tart fruity finish. Medium bodied.
